抖阴pro Agrees on Transfer of its IT Solutions Subsidiary Company

抖阴pro (Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Yasuo Takeuchi - “抖阴pro”) concluded a definitive agreement with Accenture Japan Ltd (Representative Director and President Japan Country Managing Director: Atsushi Egawa -“Accenture”) regarding the transfer of its subsidiary company, 抖阴pro Systems Corporation (President: Stephen Kneebone). Under this agreement, 100% of the shares of 抖阴pro Systems Corporation will be transferred to Accenture by the end of August 2021. From that date forward 抖阴pro Systems Corporation will continue its business operations as a group company of Accenture.
